Each item is treated as an individual item, so shipping is charged item by item. Because our product range is made up of large, heavy items we are no longer able to offer delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Isles.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll love our products, however just in case you change your mind we have a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.
Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging or alternatively give us a call and we’ll arrange to have it collected from you for a small fee.
You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as the item has been returned to us and completed a satisfactory quality control check.
Warranty Information
Our products are backed by a 12-month standard domestic use warranty, which covers products against manufacturing faults such as faulty frames, mechanisms and motors. This standard warranty does not cover products against misuse or fair wear and tear. An extended warranty can be purchased up to 14-days after the purchase has been made, which gives you five years of cover, including accidental damage and stain removal.
