Doorside Delivery is our standard delivery service. This delivery option is FREE of charge. Doorside Delivery orders placed before midday Monday to Friday should be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
All Doorside Delivery items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when they have received your item. Once your delivery is planned, you will be sent a text confirming your delivery date. *If you are not going to be in, you must let the carrier know prior to your delivery date.
Assisted Room of Choice orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
Assisted Room of Choice items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when they have received your item. Each item is treated as an individual item, so shipping is charged item by item. Because our product range is made up of large, heavy items we are no longer able to offer delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Isles.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll love our products, however just in case you change your mind we have a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.
Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging or alternatively give us a call and we’ll arrange to have it collected from you for a small fee.
You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as the item has been returned to us and completed a satisfactory quality control check.

Positive things first - this is really good value. It looks smart and for the money it represents very good value. The set is on the smaller side. It is not really a 6 seater at all, four comfortably using the two stools, five just about, six not.
The materials are decent enough. The polywood looks OK and I hope it will last.
The cushions were better than expected and the covers do have zips, so they should be OK for a cool wash.
The stools are quite low, as is the table, but they are just about high enough to eat comfortably. The side tables at the end of the sofas are a bonus.
It looks neat and tidy.
The negative stuff. First up, one of the shelves on the sofa was discoloured quite noticeably. There was also a scratch across the dining table. Furniture Online offered me a replacement or a partial refund (20%), I took the latter. I would have had the item replaced, BUT, and this was a big but! Assembling this turned into a nightmare, unnecessarily so and I was certainly not going to go through the ordeal again by getting a replacement.
The sofa, stool and table legs were done easily in 20 minutes...but trying to bolt the backs on the sofas, oh my days....getting one bolt in (there were three in total on one sofa and five on the other) took me 50 minutes for a single bolt, it was nigh on impossible to locate the hole on the sofa back, once I had done that, it then became an even bigger task to get the first thread on the bolt to engage. It was an absolute nightmare. The whole thing should have taken 30 minutes to assemble, it took me 3 hours because of these bolts - each sofa back took an hour to get on, admittedly once I had got the first bolt in, the other ones took between 5 and minutes to get in. I very nearly gave up, but the set is nice and great value, so I persevered and in the end just about managed.
It is also worth mentioning that the bolts are of very poor quality - the socket on the bolt where the allen keys goes is so easily worn down by twisting the key (it did not locate in the socket cleanly), so that you cannot remove them once tightened. Also one bolt completely sheared off, so I could not used one on the sofa leg. Considering the overall quality of the materials is quite good, the cheapest items, i.e. the bolts, are unnecessarily poor.
I have given it four starts because I am pleased on the whole, but be warned of these issues - if you lack patience when building flat pack, then maybe buy something else.
So all in all, decent, but not without issues.

Our products are backed by a 12-month standard domestic use warranty, which covers products against manufacturing faults such as faulty frames, mechanisms and motors. This standard warranty does not cover products against misuse or fair wear and tear. On most products, an extended warranty can be purchased, which gives you five years of cover, including accidental damage and stain removal.
