Doorside Delivery is our standard delivery service. This delivery option is FREE of charge. Doorside Delivery orders placed before midday Monday to Friday should be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
All Doorside Delivery items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when they have received your item. Once your delivery is planned, you will be sent a text confirming your delivery date. *If you are not going to be in, you must let the carrier know prior to your delivery date.
Assisted Room of Choice orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
Assisted Room of Choice items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when they have received your item. Once your delivery is planned, you will be sent a text confirming your delivery date. *If you are not going to be in, you must let the carrier know prior to your delivery date, by calling 0121 285 5255.
Room of Choice with Assembly orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). Room of Choice with Assembly items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from the carrier when they have received your item. Once your delivery is planned, you will be sent a text confirming your delivery date. *If you are not going to be in, you must let the carrier know prior to your delivery date, by calling 0121 285 5255.
Each item is treated as an individual item, so shipping is charged item by item. Because our product range is made up of large, heavy items we are no longer able to offer delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Isles.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll love our products, however just in case you change your mind we have a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.
Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging or alternatively give us a call and we’ll arrange to have it collected from you for a small fee.
You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as the item has been returned to us and completed a satisfactory quality control check.
Warranty Information
Our products are backed by a 12-month standard domestic use warranty, which covers products against manufacturing faults such as faulty frames, mechanisms and motors. This standard warranty does not cover products against misuse or fair wear and tear. On most products, an extended warranty can be purchased, which gives you five years of cover, including accidental damage and stain removal.

How does the plan work?
The plan covers a range of issues that might arise during the lifetime of your furniture. Providing the problem is covered by the plan, simply call the claims and advice line and a Staingard representative will arrange to fix the problem.
