If you’re thinking of buying one of our chairs as a Christmas present for a family member or friend, then we have some exciting news! From 18 November onwards, ANY items purchased over the Christmas period can be returned up until 14 January 2020, providing the item is unused and in its original condition. So, if you’re unsure on whether your festive gift will be 100% suitable, then you can enjoy full peace of mind that your purchase can be returned if required.

We Have a Fantastic Warranty

Every chair in our range comes with a 12-month guarantee. If you do happen to find a fault with your purchased item, then call 0116 218 2900 and speak to our customer service team. We will do our very best to replace any faulty parts or the item in full. If you need to send your item back to us, then once this has been returned and we have completed a satisfactory quality control check, we will be able to issue you with a full refund. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days and we will credit your original payment method with the refund payment.

We Have Different Types of Delivery

We fully understand the difficulty and inconvenience of having large furniture items delivered to your home. So, this is why we offer Standard and 2-Man Delivery options. Our premium 2-Man Delivery service includes bringing your chair or sofa into your chosen room, so you can avoid any heavy lifting (assembly or removal of packaging not included).
